Our GZ550-1KT Blower Fan Kit is designed for Napoleon fireplaces to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This complete fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.
Included with the blower kit: Variable Speed Switch, (rheostat control - like a light dimmer) which you can regulate air flow and any air noise from the fireplace fan and Thermo Switch (Thermodisc), a Heat Sensor which automatically turns the Blower ON after the fireplace heats up and automatically turns the Blower OFF after the fireplace cools down.

This product was shipped fast(To Canada) and arrived in perfect shape. Install was easy and instructions were pretty clear. The only issue I had was with the Z shaped bar with the thermostat sensor. It would not mount with the configuration of my power source. Easy fix however. The fan itself blows good as expected. I would recommend!

Worthwhile Addition
I added this fan to my very basic Napolean gas fireplace and it moves the heated air out into the room nicely....exactly what I wanted. Not really noisy although some "air noise" when the fan is set to full speed. Installation Instructions were a bit skimpy but combine with the Fireplace installation instructions, a search on the Internet and some ingenuity it was very doable.
