I replaced a gas fired heater in my addition to my house but the fan that was in the unit would not push the heat very far. I searched the internet for a sensor so that i could install an auxiliary fan to push the heat out further into the living space. Found this on line and mounted the sensor in the heated and it is powering a pedestal fan that is placed alongside the heater. This way, the fan only comes on when the heater is on. We now have heat through the whole room.
