This UZY5 – PUZY5 fireplace blower kit is compatible with Lennox Fireplaces. Included with the fireplace blower fan: Variable Speed Switch, (rheostat control - like a light dimmer) which you can regulate air flow and any air noise from the blower fan. Combine this adjustable air speed with the automatic power activation of a Thermo Switch (Thermodisc) included in the forced air system; you have a low cost solution to Save Energy and circulate the hot air created by your fireplace into your living space.

Excellaent replacement product
I am very impressed with these blowers. Other blowers I had cut out when they got too hot, not these. And they put out a lot of air. I think they preform even better than the original blowers.

Works Very Well
Received the unit timely. Installation was easy to do. Took me about 20 minutes as I needed to clean and prep the fireplace insert base before the install. Works perfect! Comes on when the firebox gets hot and turns off automatically when the temp goes down. A great buy for me. I owned my fireplace insert for a few years before purchasing this blower kit. If you have a fireplace insert without a blower I would certainly recommend this kit.
