GFK21B Fireplace Blower Fan Kit for Heatilator NDV3630, NDV3630I

I bought just the fan and no remote. . The instructions are excellent and although a tight fit, the fan fits perfectly. Like most fireplace fans you need to choose between noise and heat. The higher settings are noisy and the lower settings don't move much air. My particular fireplace doesn't put out much heat in the first place so the fan certainly helps but will not heat the family room on its own. Again, that's a fireplace issue and not the fan. Overall, a very nice quality setup if not a bit loud.

Great product at a great price. Service was excellent and it was a breeze to install (pun intended).

Our order came in record speed but we had to wait for the install from a professional since the gas had to shut off and the valve moved in order to get in the back of the unit. We find it runs as advertised, is quiet on all speeds and we are looking forward to using it in the winter months ahead.

Blower is pretty quiet especially on lower speed. I would recommend this product.

Fireplace blower installed pretty well after reading through "mostly" clear directions. I'd have appreciated color instructions as most of the small components in the instruction pictures were not as clear as I'd have liked. Overall, happy with product so far. I installed early HOT September and haven't had the fan on for an extended period yet. During test runs, fan powers on after 7 min and powers off after 12. It's a smaller fan than the videos shown on YouTube...but this fan is designed for a corner fireplace and needs to be smaller because of space restrictions. For its size, I believe it puts out a good amount of warm/hot air. I'm looking forward to a long cold winter night so I can give the fan a run for its money.

I don’t know why I didn’t buy this earlier. Simple install and made all the difference. We couldn’t feel the heat unless we were within 2-3 feet of the fireplace before, now it warms the whole room!

It was hard to get the fan to the back of the unit to install. I ended up removing the sticky velcro so I could slide it back. Then just stuck them back on and pushed to the back. In my install it seemed like there wasn't much space for the fan opening as half of the opening seemed to just line up with the back of my fireplace, but that may just be my fire place. Don't really feel a breeze coming out from the top of my fireplace, but the bricks above don't seem to as warm as they used to, so I think it is helping. Great instructions.
