Description
Our GFK21B Fireplace Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Heatilator NDV3630, NDV3630I gas fireplace insert to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This complete fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.
A speed control module with timer circuit is included with the blower kit which automatically turns the fan ON / OFF at preset times and is equipped with a Speed Button to provide a quiet airflow at the desired speeds. The timer circuit will delay fan operation; by automatically turning ON the fan 7 minutes after the main flame has been turned ON (After the fireplace has warmed up) and turning the fan OFF 12 minutes after the main flame has been turned OFF (After the fireplace has cooled down).

Awesome Upgrade
I don’t know why I didn’t buy this earlier. Simple install and made all the difference. We couldn’t feel the heat unless we were within 2-3 feet of the fireplace before, now it warms the whole room!

Good Install Instructions
It was hard to get the fan to the back of the unit to install. I ended up removing the sticky velcro so I could slide it back. Then just stuck them back on and pushed to the back. In my install it seemed like there wasn't much space for the fan opening as half of the opening seemed to just line up with the back of my fireplace, but that may just be my fire place. Don't really feel a breeze coming out from the top of my fireplace, but the bricks above don't seem to as warm as they used to, so I think it is helping. Great instructions.

Doesn't go into NDV3630i without a fight...but I like it now that it's in.
I had to take the motor off of the blower to get it under the firebox, then reattach it when almost in position.

Blower Fan Control Unit
My fan control unit was not working when I received it. I contacted the company and they sent me out a replacement unit free via second day postage. I received the replacement unit and it works fine. I was also provided a pre-paid postage to return the old unit which I did. Great customer service.

GFK21B blower kit
Easy to follow instructions & illistrations. Had to disconnect the gas supply line to the gas valve to allow easy installation of the blower motor. I like the choice of blower fan speeds.
