Description
Our SCVS Variable Speed Control is designed easily replace an Existing Wall Switch and connects to the wiring by interrupting the Black 'Hot' wire. With his Wall Mounted Speed Switch, (rheostat control - like a light dimmer), you can regulate air flow and any air noise from the fireplace fan.
As the Knob is turned to the LEFT (Counter-Clockwise) the speed get faster until the control Clicks OFF.
This 'Existing Wall Switch' would have been already connected to the Junction Box 'Outlet' in the lower vent space of your fireplace.
