Well Built
I bought this unit to replace my noisy fan. Upon removing the front grill of my fireplace I discover the old fan worked just fine. Problem with it was the velcro attachment strips had dried out and the fan was walking all over the bottom under the fire box. The new fan had magnetic strips attached to a bracket and seems to be a much more secure attachment method. Time will tell. I saved the old motor for backup. Item description is misleading as it states velcro strips attachment. Personally I'm glad that wasn't the case.

Excellent all around
Easy installation, quiet, evenly distributes heat from woodburning fireplace throughout first floor allowing heat to rise to second floor. Customer service was excellent! Rep was courteous and eager to answer questions/concerns regarding my order. Will be a repeat customer for sure
