Our FBK-100 Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Superior DR-600CMP fireplace insert to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.
The intended installation for this blower kit requires a dedicated switch on the wall to turn the power supply outlet in the vent space under the firebox ON/OFF.

First blower I’ve bought
Recently got this for our gas fireplace that didn’t have one so I have nothing to compare it to, except for the one my grandfather had when I was growing up in the 90’s and I’m sure that was from the 70’s/80’s and it was loud. You can hear this one, but it’s not horrible. It almost didn’t want to fit under the insert! But all is well, and it helps circulate heat like it’s supposed to.

It was easy to install, and is much quieter than the the blower it replaced. So far looks like a good buy!
